Changing mode

Can someone point me to the file which can change the game mode from hard to easy and vice versa? If we can successfully change modes, then we can sort the saving and restarting the game for batting and bowling with my patch. I am thinking if the changing of modes reloads the files ingame then we can sort the seperate batting and bowling runs.

Cheers Zahid , will give it a go and see how it goes. Has anyone tried this before and if yes, does it work well?
