Cheats should only be used where they are fun, IMO. For example, the cheats they had in Vice City were awesome.

I don't see the point of playing a game using cheats, where is the fun??? Why not just write you own game which says "Congratulations 1000000points Game Completed" As soon as you start it!
Unless like nightprowler10 says they just do silly things, but even then they are only funny once.
