CPU uses wrong bowlers

hi
when i play a OD match why does the cpu use crappy bowlers. so instead of having mcgrath and lee bowl ten each it will bowl ponting and katich for ten. changing the bowling averages in stats editor doesnt help. i also try changing ponting to a wicketkeeper but for some reason it doesnt let me.
Anyone have suggestions
