Cricket 2004 AI updates 9b beta probs.

Hello, I am using the patch "Cricket 2004 AI updates 9b beta", and have encountered a problem while trying to install it.

I press next a few times, then it says "checking". I wait, and then it comes up with this error:

"This program cannot update the installed version of Cricket 2004 AI update ver9a beta because of the following reason:

c:\Program Files\EA Sports\Cricket 2004\data\cricket_pc.gob: unknown version"

Anyone know how to fix this problem? Would be much appreciative!

This was made using patchmaker before Config Editor was written. The problem is that you aren't using an original .gob
Best thing to do is to download a more up-to-date AI patch (there are loads of threads around with recommendations on which to use) and install it with Config Editor.

Thanks alot for that info. I just re-installed, and used the original gob file with the AI Patch and it works fine now.
