Custom Fields

Custom fields aren't in the PC manual I have, and maybe I'm being totally thick... but how the hell do they work? Can you save the fields permanently? I've worked out how to make changes, and change round players in different positions, but I can't seem to get them to save for more than an over.

Are you using a profile? The custom fields you set should be saved to the profile. The only problem I know of is for setting fields for custom created players.

you have turn autosave feature on for your user profile, if you want to save a custom field permanentely

Custom fields dont seem to work for spinners though. I have never been able to set a custom field for a spinner. Also for spinners, all the 5 custom fields appear as "Custom" in the field editor.

This bug really needs to be fixed coz I end up giving away a lot of runs coz I cant keep a 3rd man or fielders where I want.

custom fields do work for spinners, but mostly that bug does seems to affect the spinners

they just dont work for leg spinners in tests...very irritating coz i always play with kumble in the team...in odi's they are fine!
