cyclic redundancy error

while installing the game iam gettinig the following error...cyclic redundancy error..........in first cd .......please help me really upset.........the problem is with music.big file(whileinstalling this the error comes)

Well that means your CD got corrupted. Try cleaning the CD and there is no other way to fix this

He never said he bought new game. May be he is trying to reinstall the game after months.

The only solution is a new or cleaned CD. That said I've only heard of this problem occurring with pirated versions but I'm sure you wouldn't be silly enough to ask for help with a pirated copy...
Therefore take it back to the retailer and get a new copy.
