I thought it’d be a good idea to have a Donkeys player of the season award. I know I’ve done it before, but this time it’ll hopefully go a bit further before it gets boring and we stop doing it.
Just to save voting and trying to think who was the most effective player in the game despite us not actually going to the game and it being run by a simulator, I decided to just come up with a system that anyone can update due to it being obvious who gets the votes. If it’s a tie, go on runouts, then catches, then strike rate, then economy rate. If it’s still tied we should just call it a freak of nature and give up on the player of the year thing as God must be angry with us.
I’ve done the first few rounds and feel free to correct me if I’ve made a mistake. They’re harder to do than I’d hoped.
