I believe that this is a very good gamr, lots of good features as well. I have just got Worcestershire to the County Championship 
but am sub standard in the one day format.
The speed of the game is very good and i like the off season speed and ability to click and have a look around the other counties.
Couple of things i would like to see in the game is as follows
1) Twenty20 internationals
2) 2nd xi/ youth cricket (under 19s) employ youth systems etc
3) AS Champions league style competition with 10-16 clubs from around the world
ICC has decline this is getting better, and you can play state team on this version.
