Fast Fielders

Has anyone noticed how fast the fielders field the ball, it may sound strange but when they dive for the ball they dive and throw it at the same time whilst still on the floor, meaning that an easy single turn into a runout, has anyone else noticed the strange rapitdity of the fielders???

I have noticed when you play a shot in the air the fielders move back about 30m in half a second to take a catch.
