I know Imran Nazirs doesn't count International, but that doesn't Weeraratne either! If we are talking about minor tournaments, then probably many players have hitted a 9 ball half century.
I have probably also done that in by back yard! =P
43* of 18 balls I once got on a 7 a side football field! =P

You miss my point, in the list of fastest one day centuries (ie. ODIs + the main domestic competitions, Imran Nazir's wouldn't count. Twenty20 games don't have List A status.
