Me too a vegetarian... But north indian stuff is my favorite.

Malai Kofta, mutter panneer, saag panneer, choley, etc.... i luv north indian stuff even though i am from south india (chennai).

add some lemon juice and some jinger and some mint and then try it will be very tasty . i live in karachi thats why people make it spicy and hot

That stuff is all good but let's not forget about dessert.

Bring on the Gulab Jamun - my favourite.

And don't forget the Jalebi - I like them best when they're really fresh and also served really cold.
