the wider part of the cone thing-bob should fit on the top handle of your bat, then you shouldslide the rubber grip down the bat handle with a great amount of force.

unfortunately this way didnt work for me, so i put some washing upliquid on the cone and then slid it down, it actually worked...

ive got the grip on the cone which took me about 30mins, but now im stuck, i move the grip so i can roll it down, then i just get massive bumps, its really annoyin

The trick is to put the grip on the cone as you have and then roll it up as much as you can until it pops off. Place the rolled up grip back on the cone and then push this all the way down and onto the handle.

As for your bumps (I'm assuming you have the grip on the bat now), the easiest thing is to roll the grip up and down until its flat. You'll stretch the grip in process but it should be easy enough to push down. There is a technique but I can't really explain it but it basically involves rolling the grip back on itself to reposition it. Other than that you'll just have to push it down using your thumbs.

I can put a grip on in about 15 seconds.....
