Fixture Editor.

Hi friends, please make fixture editor patch in crkt05, as there was in crkt04,
so that we can assign grounds, fix tournament, matches, teams, and venues
as per our wish. Its very nice patch, but i am surprised why it is not
Introduced in crket05?, so far.
