Problem: Fully assisted fielding career mode dropping catches

Can anyone please advise

I am bowling as an offspinner in pro career mode
i am experiencing fielders at square leg and midwicket drop 10-15 catches every innings
i have the fielding set to fully assisted.

Yes

tried every fielder in at square leg and midwicket
in 3 days of playing, not one catch in these positions have been held

i can accept an occasional dropped catch, but ever possible catch to these positions are dropped

I was also facing the same. The mistake I did was that I used to press the different buttons in gamepad when the ball was travelling to the fielder.

Once, I tried to hold the gamepad without pressing any of the button. And to my surprise, fielders started taking catching which was next to impossible.

I've had the same problem and I've tried not pressing any buttons when the ball is travelling to the fielder and they still drop each and every catch.
I'm not sure what's going on?

It happens to me too. What I observed is, bowler's fielding=bad and batsman's fielding=good. So, in whichever position the chances of catches are more, place a batsman there rather than a bowler. The drop rate of catches will decrease. It worked for me.
