I was wondering when this would be released Its not the whole version 2015-2023 but it has up 2019. So if u want to look at and print it off go to ICC cricket website then go to about and it will Say Future Tours Program. I was comparing it to the old version 2011-2020 There are some same tours exactly the same some with minor tweaks e.g. south Africa originally suppose to play in India next year 3rd tests 7odis 2 t20s, now its 4 tests 5odis 2 t20s and obviously there are new tours there. Enjoy Looking where your team that you support plays and of course its subject to change.

I'd be thankful to them, those who'd strive to have some Indo-pak series including tests and ODIs. No matter which association attempts for that, no matter which country hosts that; I'm just dying for a series with some mean.

it looks like there is more tests in there even for Bangladesh which is brilliant don't get me wrong ODIs and t20s are great but I love test cricket been following cricket since I was 9 England v west Indies 1980 didn't really understand as much back then but I really got into cricket a year later when England played Australia and it was Botham's ashes. I'm happy the future tours program has been released but I think that India wont be touring West indies after the debacle when the west indies pulled out . Anyway good to hear your view on the future tours program.

i would like to see series in Pakistan:D
if in India, people will say "Aaraha hai Pakistan" Dhoni will Say "Anay Dou" and u know what will happen:p:p:p

The FTP does not exist now. Boards will have to arrange their own tours and agree upon a pre-determined number of matches, formats, and the time slots for reciprocation. On a personal note, the FTP was way better as it ensured that every country plays the other members atleast once. Without an FTP ,smaller boards like NZC, WI, Bangla, SLC will be at the mercy of the Top 3 to grant them matches.

Yes it does exist, ok its not like before where everybody played each other I agree with u in that sense yes its subject to change and yes it suppose to go from 2015-2023 so there is more room for agreement from 2019-2023 for countries to negotiate more tests one days and t20s so u are wrong saying it doesn't exist its there on the bloody icc website subject to change I know what im talking about.

the ftp has always been subject to change: look at India deciding to play against the West Indies and shafting South Africa out of two tests and four ODIs (the former is unforgivable because a series like India-South Africa really should be five tests: but the latter is more OK since it was originally meant to be a seven ODI series and they are the worst thing in the world)

It was still only a 3 Test series that was changed, the fact of the matter is South Africa just isn't "box office" enough for India, Australia and England to play 4/5 Tests vs them, which tweaking blows because they are the #1 Test side in the world.

More than 'box office'- BCCI is terrified of South Africa more than England and Australia. South Africa is the team who has challenged India at every juncture, be it ODI, T20 or Tests match (both in India & in RSA).

Another ridiculous point being the appointment of Haroon Lorgat by CSA, which ideally should have nothing to do with the BCCI, but they tend to interfere and meddle in other's affairs to a large extent. In fact, I 'd be of the opinion that India play a 3-Test series with England and 4 Test series with RSA & AUS.

I agree with IceAge's point about the 7-match ODI series which tends to become too boring. Bring back the tri-series/ quadrangular, that way you will have more cricketing participation and less dead-rubbers.

RSA used to have either Kenya or Zimbabwe take part in the tri-nation. Other countries could take a lead out of their books as well. (Australia do-so no issued there). Dunno why England & West Indies stopped the tri-nation tours though. India, could do well to invite a team like the Afghan or Bangla to take part, but I seriously doubt they will.

Explain to me why England and Australia don't indulge in a 4/5 Test match series' vs South Africa then, this was the case when South Africa weren't as good as they are now, it's all about South Africa's lack of profile compared to England, India and Australia, it's the same reason New Zealand, West Indies and Sri Lanka don't get as many Tests as say a Test series between the big 3.[DOUBLEPOST=1419831789][/DOUBLEPOST]I was like looking at the FTP through 2019, we got 4 Tests vs South Africa in India, which is good to see.

I quite get your point about England & Aus not playing a 4-Test series with RSA; and tbh its quite surprising. The current mindset of getting in more oney must be one of the main reasons for this.

The ICC had advocated the 'Epic' series of 5 matches. In the past, they were reserved for the most powerful test nations like Australia and West Indies. As of now, its only England-Oz who engage in them.
