Game sticking all the time

can anyone help me.

I have a
2.4 GHZ CPU (Intel P4)
1 GB ram
128mb Video card Ati redeon 9600

Before i had a 512 MB ram which i though was the problem
than I change it to 1 GB but it still is sticking.
Than I updated my Video card still didn't solve the Problem
Than I Defrag. still the problem is not solve.

Now can any one let me know what else can i try

thanks, but it's not sticking as much, but it's sticking a little bit now.


By the way If i change that and put it to performance will that effect my other Games and Programs.
