gamepad buttons for batting Help

Ok lovely people help me out.
im using a 8 button game pad. buttons 1 to 6 on top of the pad.. 7 and 8 on the back. whats the power button? infact if somebody could tell me what button corresponds to what shot i would be thrilled and buy you a big chocolate cake.

I think its button 5 but i'm not sure....
