GD kit replacer help

hey, just got the game and wanted to update some kits. before youn say read the tutorial for help, i have.

the kit replacer brings up the screen, i chose my team from the right hand side list, opened up the bitmap i wanted to replace it with then click save to gob. played the game and i didnt work , can someone please give me a brief step by step to help me

did you replace all kit sizes?

i dont know how, all i can see is the 512 image and a list of all the teams, thats it(also the 512 image is the right way up not flipped when i view it

ive just noticed the pinned thread, sorry for posting a new one, i think it might be the resolution thats why i cant see the kit replacer properly, cant test right now tho coz im @ school
