This Tutorial will show you how to put Glow in your Photoshop Image.
1) First Open the Picture that you want to glow! I chose:
2) Now Click on Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur
3) Now you will see the Image all Blured.
4) Now press CTRL+SHIFT+F and a window will pop up.
5)Now you click on the box, and then move your cursor up to Screen. Click on Screen.
6) Final Image:
