Hand Controller Problems

Hi,
I'm having problems with my Saitek P150 hand controller. When I use the Cricket 2004_EZ in the cricket 2004 folder it recognises my controller but when I try to play a two player game with my uncle it wont recognise it as being there. Please HELP!!!.
