Help required

I have been facing a problem with my adobe photoshop 7.I have installed .dds plug-in.But when i open some other.dds like umpires kits it gives me an error that it has a problem with the file-format module and then i have to reinstall the plug -in pls help me.:upray

i have got gforce 7100 GS graphic card
3.00 Ghz processor and 768mb ram
my prob is blc 07 load at the starting menu
my system stucks i have to restart
i have downloaded lastest drivers and followed the steps given in this thread but still i face the same prob
plz help......
