Help with controls

Please help - when bowling using keyboard controls, only the left button (standard delivery) works, so I can't bowl cutters, flippers, googlies or arm balls? Any suggestions appreciated.

P.S. I have tried changing the keyboard controls - it doesn't work

Does your keyboard work?
Get it checked that should be the first thing you do.
If it doesnt work then buy a new one.
