HELP!!!!

Hi everyone, today when i tried to use the GamTweak thing it came up with the following:
System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770).
The specified module could not be found.
I tried re downloading it but when i did that it came up with the same problem.
if anyone knows anything could they please help me because without it i cant play against people.

I think vb runtime should do the trick as sangamm suggested..let me know if you still have the problem :unsure:

where do i get vb runtime from?

I downloaded directX 9 and vb runtime and it still came up with the same error , but i noticed that it didnt come up with it untill i downloaded an update for the Australian team. Would that have anything to do with it?
