and in a OD game he can bowl 5 of the first 0 overs, then 5 of the last ten, gettignpplenty of rest, and he is a great bowler at the death

I meant in an innings. You are underestimating county players; he bowls at quality players such as Butcher and Ramprakash you know.

Mushtaq Ahmed and maybe even Azhar Mahmood.

Hoggard's injury rules him out for only one test at the least; unless a new injury surfaces he will definitley play in the Ashes.

i thought jones said he might be back for the ashes but he is doubtful?

IMO without him we have no chance (considering Vaughn is out aswell, and ny other injuries that might happen)
