How do I get cpu on more edges, more outs?

I have been searchin' around but there is no specific detail on how can I manage to get cpu to get more outs by caught behind(edges) or just ours overall? What specific values shud i change to have cpu get out more specially with edges caught behind.

You might as well just download SAc2k4pt 1.4b and use it as a template. The edge values of that specific patch are probably what you need.
