How to make a roster?

Can someone help me in step by step on making a roster?

1. Download the Player editor here
2. Select the team that you want to edit, then select the respective player, edit his name, face and attributes to add a new player in the team.
3. Save and close the editor.
4. Go in game and change the name of the player with the in game editor and save profile.

That should be it.
