India v England series dates and venues?

Does anybody have any idea when the dates and venues will be announced for this series?
I am intending to travel independently to India for the test series and maybe a couple of one dayers but it's pretty hard to make plans with nothing confirmed.
I rememeber the last time England toured India the test venues were Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Bangalore and was wondering what reason these venues were used as opposed to the big cities of New Delhi, Mumbai ect?

i think you will have to wait untill, december for the tour dates to be confirmed

the series doesnt start untill february 2006, its still a long time away
