This League Will Be In 50-50 Format...There Will Be 6 Teams
Each team has a squad of 16 players.The top four teams with most points make it into the semi finals...

Rules

• The competition will have 6 teams each led by an established Indian cricketer
  
  
  [*]Each team will have a squad of 16 Indian players. Only players who haven?t retired from ODIs are allowed,players retired from ODI will face a reduction of 15% - 20% so all must be careful to choose correct players.
  
  
• The top ranked team will directly qualify for the Finals & the 2nd and 3rd Ranked team will player each other to get the other finalist
  
  
• The squad selection will be done by Auction.

1. The new way as per the best way to get the players will be auction
2. The Auction of Pool 1 Players will begin at 10:00 AM IST on 23 of October 2012 Here.The Timings for the auctions can be in any Time (24 hrs)
3. Auction will take place in the social group specially made for Local Batsmen,Bowlers & so on
4. Each player that will be picked should have at-least a 3 hr gap between the last bid that has taken place
5. Each franchise will have 2 million USD that is $2,000,000
6. Player auction will take place in social group created by the manager of the league
7. There will around 5 pools.If the franschie does not complete its required players,they can be signed at the end
8. Each player will have a suffienct price tag
9. The countries Bangaladesh,Zimbabwe & other Non-Test playing nations have been paired together
10. The auction will gone in the same manner that has been put in the code.
11. Only after each pool is completed the next one will start
12. Player can only be picked from the player list
13. Only 5 Overseas Player are allowed in the team squad & 2 can play in the lineup
14. Players Retired from ODI will Face a reduction of 15% - 20%
