Keepers with actually hands

after about 3 years of county mode I found an international keeper from zimbabwe that was only 31,000 and averaged 65. He was brilliant, he opened my batting and scored 1700+ runs in his first year

why doent that happen when your playing as zimbabwe, in my 4th or 5th season ive only seen 2 regen keepers with averages over 20!!!!! damn it!!!!
