I know that the game keeps statistical records under your profile such as highest score, quickest 50, 100 and highest partnerships and so on...

But does it keep the individual players statistics up to date??? Or is there a way to track individual player statistics??

I know this is going a long way back but i loved how you could track player statistics on SW cricket back on the good old mega drive lol

So did I, but unfortunately it doesn't. It does keep the stats in tournament modes for every player (World Series, Foreign Tour etc) but they don't carry over when you reach the end of the tournament.

yeah thats what i thought... it's a shame though.. It would be cool if i could of created myself in the game and seen my stats prosper to a batting ave of around 60 and a bowling ave of 21... lol

Yeah, it would of been really good if they put progressive stats in the game.... and I thought they got rid of some career mode and replaced that with keeping stats.... dosen't seem like they did a very good job, I think I'd rather this career mode.

yeh so would i the stats the it keeps arent that complicated, and i dont think that it would've been hard to keep progressive stats.

Yep the stat tracking in Shane warne cricket/lara cricket are what kept me going back to play it more and more

If that was included in C2004 i wouldnt be able to stop playing it even with the annoying bugs

The stats again arent perfect too, there are bugs prepacked with the stat keeping in C2K4. Please refer to the bugs list for Stat bugs in C2K4.

Well there half way there. It seems from 2000 they moved a quater way there every next game LOL...so I'm waiting for C2006 and what ever happened to the BLC rumours?

BLC??? whats that... im a bit slow lol... well they better damn well perfect the game in 2006, they have had plenty of time

Yeah, Cricket 2006 is going to be absolutely brilliant I imagine. I'm absolutely loving 2004, despite all the bugs.

Well, let's hope so. Unless EA/HB can knock some sense into themselves, Cricket 2006 will be a disaster. Judging by how good c2k2 and c2k4 have been, this seems the obvious first guess.

yeah i hope they can get it right... cricket 2k4 is a good game but it had the potential to be a great game if they ironed out all the bugs and included a few other things
