Laser Mouse

Is it just me or does the game play poorly with a laser mouse? i cant control were im playing the shot at all. Just wondering if it performs better with a normal mouse.

I've tried it with my laser mouse and my normal optical mouse. I don't find any difference, of course you may find you need to slow the response of your laser mouse down compared to a normal mouse (In Control Panel). Personally I find laser mice too sensitive.

My laser mouse is fine. Mind you, that's in comparison with my touchpad.

hmm i dunno whats wrong with mine then it swings all over the place in random directions.

You probably have it set too sensitive, try turning it down a bit. Also what surface are you using it on? Do you use a mousemat?

im using a black soft spongy thing, basically the bottom of a mousemat.

Bloody hell! Same problem here and i am so annoyed, i just move the mouse a bit and it moves it all over 360 degrees in the radar!

Yep, sounds too sensitive, that or youre not using a decent surface. i find my white desk can really confuse my mouse sometimes, but if you dont usually have these problems try lowering your sensitivity (you cant do it in the demo but it might work if you use windows - Control Panel - Mouse - Pointer Options - Pointer Speed).

Yes..I had the same problem (as i had mentioned in the other thread)! Changing the pointer speed in Control Panel does make it a lot better!

Mine's perfect, make sure you are not moving the mouse upwards or downwards, to make your shot selection on the radar just move your mouse to the left or right. Might take some getting used to but it's great
