Line up bug

Hey Guys,

Is there any patch that fixes the "line up bug" only?

Sam's patch fixes the "line up bug" but also changes the
bowler's meter so that it appears at the last minute. I do prefer the original.

You can download a thing for sams exe that makes the cursor appear at the normal time.
