when i use the line up editor to change the line ups it works when i play a exbhition match but when i play a foreign tour or tournaments the line ups change to default again can somebody please help me

Do you change the line ups both in the roster.pak and in the tournament sav file. You should not get this problem at all.. once you save a tournament, change the line up for that sav file and also for the roster.pak file. This way, you need not use the Line Up Bug fix exe at all
