Well I would strongly recommend http://www.guistuff.com - Excellent site for free flash and css based navbar, topbar and button generators. Contains some really good site templates as well.

Other good free sites:

http://www.dynamicdrive.com -- some good DHTML and Javascripts
http://cgi.resourceindex.com - excellent free cgi scripts like forum software, counters, upload scripts, shopping carts, arcades etc. Requires cgi-bin activated on your web hosting account.
http://php.resourceindex.com - excellent free php scripts like forum software, counters, upload scripts, shopping carts, arcades, news syndication etc etc. Requires php version 4.0 or more on your web server.

I make free websites too. Just dont design them, use templates and make them. and oh yeah, bravenet has a lot of things for free. Worth registering there.

If you can get Frontpage or Dreamweaver then you don't have to look around these sites as much cause they basically give you these things.

Make you're better one guys, CS2 all of you's who have it. Thats what I do. and them put them up in frontpage, as Aussie said.
