I am playing a test with england against south africa, and I have a problem of misfields. I know its part of the game etc, and SA have been doing it too, but I have a player who constantly misfields, and it only seems to be on harmisons overs.
When a batsmen plays a leg glance and it rolls towards this player who is out on the boundary, he misses it 8 times out of 10, and thats no exageration, and then he throws the 'ball' which he hasnt picked up
:
The ball isnt even going quick, and he keeps on doing it. Poor harmison has the worst figures because this guy keeps giving away fours, and the shots arent even timed properly.
Thing is, I dont know who it is. How do you find out? and if you do is there anyway you can swap a players fielding position. I think it may be anderson, I just brought him in fior this test, and I could leave him out of the final test but he did take 4 wickets.
Is this because this particular guy is not a very good fielder then, or is it an AI bug?
