Thanks to the tutorials here.I just thought could do some graphics.
here are some of my works.
Note:Ive stopped indexing my works. Please dont rate my works with the things in here.Ive improved leaps and bounds more than producing these things.
Wallies:
My friend your backgrounds are amazing in those two wallies. There so grungy and they just add something to the wallpapers. However you need to work on the renders. They dont blend in and the colour scheme doesnt match. There are tutorials on how to blend your render in, (the lassoo tool is my pick), also i would have used a darker render or i would have desaturated the render in the rooney one, and added a greyish blue photo filter, or selective color. Than you should have kept the text similar with a font such as arial, and reduce the opacity so that i blends more like you did with the messi one, than given it a 1px stroke. Add some light textures to the ball and around the outside of the render, and the smudge might have done with another desaturation. That is just how i would have done the render and text to suit the background. Coz the background is so good i couldnt help but add my opinion. Your messi one is halfway to a great wallpaper mate, so your getting there. Oh and dont forget to add a border and sharpen your work when finished. Never the less those are 2 great starts. Keep it up!
Thank you very much toby.I was miserably waiting for comments. And yours truely inspired me.
Will definitely try improving the way you said mate.Thank you very much.
Thats a promising start. The depth in your usage of textures and creativness is amazing for a beginner. I love how you were daring enough to try the multiple renders. I don't think it's worth me giving you all this advice for now since you are still learning the basics, so keep doing what your doing and just learn the tools a bit more and look around at other peoples works.
Thanks Matt.I made that rooney wallie reading your simple wallpaper tutorial. It was helpful.
And I have a doubt. If we use textures from footiearts or deviantart should we give credit or should we ask permission form the owner?
Excellent start Naresh. As Tobes pointed out earlier, your backgrounds are looking good, especially in the first one, the Rooney one. However that stretched and blurred render of Rooney doesn't look good. The rest too are good for a beginner. Also keep visiting those sites Matt gave you. The more you look at what others are up to, the more you'll crave to be better than them! Also add PSDTuts to that list.
Cheers! Thanks Mukund. But can anybody please say me if we must ask permission from them if we use the textures?I downloaded one and saw a readme so dint use it.And well I will see the link you gave thanks.
Also thanks Rahul.
