Need help, urgent please.

Hey, my cricket 2004 doesn't want to start up. I go to play the game, and then it closes and gives me the standard error report.

Any ideas why?

EDIT: also, my computer isn't the problem, just thought I'd mention that. My video card is easily good enough, and so is the rest of the PC
