need help with these player face importing!

must say I love this site can't believe I had the PS2 version of Cricket 2004 for nearly a year and decided to get the PC version and am now speechless of the things you can do.

Ive worked out how to do most of the editing things but the player faces is confusing the hell out of me!!

The example is

I downloaded the Indian player faces

now the read me files says this

Faces are to be installed using the GD Kit Replacer.
Be sure you have the latest teams.txt so that the option of importing faces is available. Import desired faces in the 256*256 resolution, both One Day and Sweater kit fronts.

I don't get it

I have a teams.txt file in that zip of that editor program but what the hell do I do with it too get that option to come up in the GD kit replacer editor??

well search the downloads section for the latest txt file...replace ur file with this latest one and then try it...but i thought we could import faces using GI 2.2...????

can we??? sorry didn't know that new to this just read the read me file.. thought it was strange why it said to use the kit for doing faces

well, i think this is what is to be done - open GI 2.2 and go to the faces(Asian, Black, White etc) then put in the faces u want to have in the game; remember each face has two files a and b - import the downloaded face to both files else it won't work. do it for all the faces you want to change and then start player editor and make the necessary adjustments to the players you wanna change...

Someone pls correct me if I am wrong!

hi sachin i downloaded indian faces then used graphic importer to import the faces' the used player editor by parkash to put the correct face to correct player' i did that but still the faces look diferent like nehra i put correct face for him' when i start playing the game he looked like anil kumble any solution for that guju bahi.

You need a plyer editor suppose an example take sachin tendulkar and find his face lik 01,2,3 etc then save it same thing goes for all the player it works fine for me

i did not get you in that ocassion vibs i am sorry but i mean ' i did find sachins and give the right face to him it works fine for him' but for zaher khan it doesnt work he looke like anil kumble' wonder why' although giving him the right face but still' he looks like anil kumble'

i didn't get exactly wat u mean or maybe u nhave select zaheer khan instead of him u might have put kumble face anyway rRahul is realeasing a new indian face update go check his tread
