Need help with Vineets Patch - Adboards etc do not work

I downloaded Vineets Patch.I ran the first file and succesfully installed it.When I run the game , the WC moves to SA and there is a change in menu also but when the game comes , I see no change ie No adboards change , No pitchad changes , no Umpire dress change,no 3d bat and no WC menu.Everything in the game remains exactly same.
And I run that special exe also.Please tell me how to get these things .Please explain in detail
