? on International Captaincy in ICC3

If you start off Captaining Australia & a County and you turn down the Captaincy of Australia at the end of a season do you ever get asked again to Captain and would it be Australia that offers you the captaincy or do other countries ask as well?

Only Australia offer the captiancy and you do get asked again if you perform well next season.

aussie don't have great players in future.So would prefer any other team except aus for International team.
