Online play and player form

Does the form of the players have effect when playing an online game??

Im struggling to work out if it does because the form of the players doesnt change once you have played online games.

If it does have an effect then looks like I gotta spend a few hours trying to get them all into good form!


Does anyone actually know for sure what the answer is?

i dnt really worry about the form online and it usually works wonders for me

Nah I don't think online matches affect your form.
