That a great idea, Will help Pakistan improve in this part of Cricket, They should make their fielding better for the World Cup 2007 too. That is the bit of Cricket where Pakistan has always struggled.

I really wish I could argue with you on that. Even though there have been many good fielders even now, overall Pakistanis make lazy fielders.

But they can work on that, I mean Shoaib Malik a very good fielder, I hardly see him drop a catch... He had done some great run outs in the past too.

Instead of Jonty working with the National Team, it would do Pakistan Cricket a world of good if he was involved in the junior and age-level teams. Under-15 and Under-17 is the age where players can be moulded into better fielders (as India is discovering now, since the newer crop of players like Raina in general show excellent fielding skills). There's only so much that a guy in his late 20's or 30's can do to improve fielding, so a better long-term option would be to focus on the youngsters who will be breaking into the National Team in a few years.
