The PC player auction will be a quite different from the star player auction, so please read the guidelines very carefully before the bidding starts.

Auction guidelines​

- Before the auction starts, teams are requested to send me a list of their auction targets from every group/pool (in order of preference) via private conversation as it will allow us to speed up the process.

- Teams will have to buy enough to fill their squad with 14 players.

- The team owner must nominate any shareholder with the power to bid for the team to PCPL Management.

- The starting budget of each team has been carried into this auction from the previous one i.e the star player auction. Use it carefully, because your squad needs to contain at least 14 players and there aren't likely to be any additional grants from the PCPL management if you spend all your money before acquiring said number of players.

- Because of the sheer amount of PC players, the PC player auctions will take place one group/pool at a time, rather than one player at a time as it was in the star player auction.

- Each team is allowed to bid on no more than 6 players in a group/pool. Exceeding that limit, or even exceeding your salary cap will lead to a $20,000 fine from your overall budget.

- Each group/pool will have a reserve price which is the minimum a player can be sold for.

- The teams should agree on their bidding tactics in advance. If teams are worried about not having a nominated shareholder active during the auction they can PM instructions to PCPL Management to raise the bid until a preset amount.

- Before the bidding begins in a particular group/pool, teams will be offered at reserve price a player from that group/pool that they have expressed interest in via private conversation, where they were the only team to do so.

- Team owners/investors will also be claimed at reserve by their respective teams before the bidding begins in the pool they have been placed in.

- The minimum amount by which a bid should be raised to beat another bid is $1,000. The bidder should also mention his team's name while bidding in order to avoid confusion.

- The auction for each group/pool will close after 24 hours have passed since the first bid in that particular group/pool. The auction for the next group/pool can then start immediately.

- Deletion of bids are not allowed. They are there to stay unless anyone exceeds your bid.

- Any PC players unsold will be moved down into the next tier, and their names will reappear one last time in the auction repechage towards the end of the PC player auction.

- The amount a PC player is purchased for will be his season's salary. It will then be transferred to that particular player's PC account when the time is right. FYI, the salaries like the auction budget will also be drawn from the amount team owners/investors have invested in setting up their teams.​
