Player Faces - How do you make them?

I'm not sure if this is in the right thread, but how do you make faces for the game in 3d graphics because even the patches some people have made are hopeless and I'd like to make my own but I don't know how to make them like in the game. Please assist!

You don't need to make it in 3d. The faces are stored as 2d image files. Basically you just need to find the fsh file for the face you want to edit.

Export the image in the fsh file as a bmp file.
Open the bmp in an image editor and start working away.

What do you mean? I mean how do you make it a graphic rather than a photo or drawing?

You can't make a face without using a photo.
