Can anyone tell me what it is and how to stop them coming through?

Ah yes, it was a bit of a schoolboy error not editing the link out. Thanks Colin.

Change your email password. You might have given out your id on some website which is trying to send emails on your behalf.
Happened with me on my gmail, it was sending out spam to my list. Checked out the IP to be in Belgium.
Looks a similar case.

I have a problem. I did as you suggested, Abhas, and changed my password yesterday. It worked fine at the time, both in webmail and on Thunderbird. Last night though I tried to check my mail and the password is coming up as incorrect. I am concerned that someone has hacked in and locked me out.

Do you have a recovery email? Try "Forgot your password" and send the mail to your recovery email, or maybe your mobile phone if your email client has that option.
If you manage to get back in, I suggest review all the security settings, and if possible, change them all.

Alternatively, you might have been drunk when you changed your password, and have forgotten it? :p
