I want to make a clean install of XP, because of many reasons.
I had made a backup of my My documents folder about a month ago, on my CD.
It's about 200+Mb.
After that last backup, some files have been changed, and some other have been modified. Now, I want to make back of only those files I modified. not those files of which I had made a manual backup.

Is there a way?

Are you planning to totally format the HDD or a single partition which is having the OS installed.

there's a crude way to do it :

arrange the icons in my documents by last modified....
then simply copy those files which were modified since your last backup...

this is by no means foolproof....thanks to windows' "awesome" file handling capability ;)

full HD format.
And Abhas, that method won't produce the desiered results

edit:I just found a way myself

use Search and in the advanced options - give something like , modified in the last week or some thing similar. Now the search will display only those files that have been modified in the last week. Now Select all ( Ctrl + A) and Copy ( Ctrl + C) and create a folder called 'New Ones' in another drive. And copy the files (Ctrl + V) ie., paste them. That's all!!
If u want to retain dir structure, simply drag-zip them.
