If you have RPIC instead of BLIC then you might not be able to use the utility.
You can still change your game resolution to anything you want though.
Just need to manually make the changes in your Windows registry.
(IE; just search registry for 'Ricky Ponting' until you find the entry which has
data for horizontal and vertical pixel resolution sizes. Then change them to what you want. You must have run the game atleast once before the required
entries will show up in the registry though, otherwise you won't find them).
