runtime error

when playing ICC06 and i go to load a game it comes up with a runtime error

does anyone have any idea as to what could have happened? please help

ok so far no errors do far, but while we are on the subject i get this error message when my computer turns on

and also something seems to be eating up my virtual memory, all of a sudden in the last few days i have had to increase my maximum virtual memory from about 1200 to 3000mb. and its fine for a few hours then things wont open and it comes up with that message saying yours virtual memory is low.

i installed photoshop cs4 a few days ago so that may be contributing to this, but it is not an open process.

the other thing i just noticed is that there are 6 svchost.exe open in my process list, is this normal?

does anyone have any ideas?
help would be greatly appreciated
