Any player who is eligible to play for England national team are Local players and all other players are Oversea players... 18 players squad... 7 players are oversea players, 2 wicketkeeper must needed in a team... International Retired, Long term injured players can be picked, but there ratings will get a hit... Team will have 10 matches in league stage, 5 home and 5 away games... Managers can decide each home game pitches... Each player in a squad must play atleast 2 matches in league stage...
