March 28-31 did have Guernsey/New Zealand, Qatar/Italy, Zimbabwe/Vanuatu, Wales/Bermuda and two Casablanca Cup matches (although I guess it's cheating since those were tour matches, but still, had both Canada and Nepal busy at the same time).

China will be going with a more experimental lineup for its 2nd ODI against the Marshall Islands, as Tang Deming is going to be rested in favour of Quan Ruogang making his debut for China.
